A one-year grant of $1 Million from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding will support a services hub for disenfranchised Minnesotans in Olmsted County, thanks to the recognition and work of the county’s Diversity Council. The hub is focusing on increasing COVID-19 vaccinations by addressing hesitancy through 20 trusted community-based organizations.

The Diversity Council of Olmsted County, Minnesota, has recognized the disenfranchisement by identity and circumstance of many Minnesotans and, thanks to ARPA funds, is able to focus on these residents’ needs.
