The West Virginia Community Development Hub used to hear complaints that there was “nothing going on” in West Virginia. Then they started the Cultivate WV program.
With small-scale investments distributed over a short time frame, Cultivate WV supports small projects like a welcome sign which have blossomed into larger collaborations, like redeveloping the local historic high school.
This program helps build capacity for community members who have ideas to connect and serve their community but aren’t sure how to get started.
