The Economic Development Administration (EDA) announced a $5.4 million American Rescue Plan (ARP) award for a 16,000 square foot building in Elkins, West Virginia, which will be used for workforce development, conferences, and events.
The grant will be matched with $1.3 million in state funds and is expected to create 100 new jobs and support additional business and development in Elkin.
